We support our clients with a minimum of a 12-month contract, however greater savings can be achieved over a longer contract period.

This varies depending on the scope of work needed, each client will have a different onboarding process, our team will work closely with key members of your organisation to roll out an IT strategy that works for you and your timeline.

Absolutely, we work with many clients across Essex, Ipswich, Cambridge, Colchester and all across UK.

We do offer onsite assistance with a number of our IT packages, if remote response isn’t covered within your package we can offer this for an additional cost.

We’re proud of our SLA times and resolve 88% of tickets on first contact. Our IT desk is in operation from 8am-6pm once your ticket has been logged your ticket will be allocated to a suitable engineer. We aim to make contact with our clients within 30 minutes.
