We support our clients with a minimum of a 12-month contract, however greater savings can be achieved over a longer contract period.

This varies depending on the scope of work needed, each client will have a different onboarding process, our team will work closely with key members of your organisation to roll out an IT strategy that works for you and your timeline.

We do offer onsite assistance with a number of our IT packages, if remote response isn’t covered within your package we can offer this for an additional cost.
