Ghost Enterprises is to provide a 24/7 managed service for 11 Asset Holdings.
Objective
To deliver a full end-to-end solution, 365 days a year to the group of companies referenced. This includes 24/7 support via a dedicated and exclusive team, to ensure the level of support is always available to meet the requirements of the group.
Solution
Ghost Enterprises were enlisted to provide a round-the-clock IT service to ensure that senior leaders of the group have access to an on call member of the team 24/7 via a specific personal support line. This line is managed directly by the on-call technician who is able to assist throughout the working week as well as evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. As well as the normal telephone support available to the rest of the group between the hours of 9am – 5pm and email support between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Summary
Ghost Enterprises have given the group of companies access to four senior technicians backed up by a further six specialists. With the additional resource they have been able to respond quicker and adapt to the business demands of the company with more efficiency. There is now a 5 year contract in place between the two companies.
