It’s been a busy month for the Ghost team, full of site visits and new starters.
First up one of our directors took a trip to India to set up the IT infrastructure for a client’s new overseas office, he had 32 hours to get everything set up from servers to workstations, so he had his work cut out! Throughout the project, he was assisted by the Ghost team in the UK who provided remote assistance, and we’re pleased to announce that the office was set up within the deadline and he was on a flight back to the UK all within good time.
Our 2nd line team has also been on-site at a local sports stadium this month assisting during their sports fixtures making sure that the tech ran seamlessly throughout their matches, from ensuring that the guest Wi-Fi didn’t encounter any glitches to making sure that the electronic scoreboard was in sync during the match.
We are delighted to welcome new team members to Ghost Enterprises. Over the past month, we have expanded our 2nd line team; these team members are frequently on-site visiting our clients to assist with their technical requirements and in Ghost HQ to help resolve more complex cases. We’re pleased that we can strengthen our service in this department, and we’re sure you’ll be meeting our new team members very soon. We have also been fortunate over the past few years to have been awarded some fantastic projects for us to sink our teeth into, as such, we have just taken on our first projects administrator who will be assisting our IT and operational teams and be the point person for our project work.
We still have several roles across our sales and technical teams that we are recruiting for. More details can be found on our careers page – please get in touch if you know anyone who may be suitable.
Looking forward to May and we’ve got servers going to Switzerland, networking days, team events, three bank holidays weekends, and the King’s coronation! It doesn’t look like the Ghost train is slowing down anytime soon!
