Ink Digital Onboarding

Overview

Ghost Enterprises were approached by Mr SEO to support them with their rebranding to their new company name Ink Digital. They were currently being supported by another managed service provider, however they wanted to move away from them in favour of working with an organisation who prioritise personal service.

Objective

Ghost Enterprises was to provide a clear onboarding plan for Mr SEO to help them with their transition from their old provider to Ghost Enterprises, this plan was to also incorporate the switch over of all email accounts to their new brand name, Ink Digital.

Solution

Ghost Enterprises visited Ink Digital onsite to update their antivirus software and install remote monitoring and IT assistance, giving Ghost Enterprises the ability to provide a full end-to-end IT service. The project team then created a plan to configure the domain from the 365 tenant, so that all email accounts and domains were updated in time for the new brand launch. Ghost Enterprises then made sure they were on hand to support Ink Digital on their ‘go live’ date, the team ran extensive tests on the system to ensure that the switch over of the outlook accounts ran smoothly.

Summary

Ink Digital are now fully operational under their new domain and Ghost Enterprises now provide IT support for the whole team. By having the remote assistance installed on their systems, Ghost Enterprises can logon and provide IT assistance when needed.
