Managed SOC
Our Managed SOC (Secure Operations Centre) provides round-the-clock monitoring of your IT infrastructure, ensuring that any potential threats are identified and addressed promptly. With access to a team of dedicated security experts, you can be confident that your security alerts are being analysed and prioritised effectively. Additionally, our SOC team actively hunts for threats that may not trigger alerts, providing an additional layer of security. In the event of a cyberattack, our SOC team is equipped to respond quickly and efficiently, minimising potential damage.
VCIO Support
Businesses on our Per Seat Support contract will also be appointed a Virtual Chief Information Officer (VCIO) who will meet with business owners and stakeholders once a quarter, to advise how we can best support your IT infrastructure, staff, software, and security stack.
The role of the VCIO is to inform and support on technological developments proactively so that you benefit from a more seamless technology solution and reduced downtime.
IT Helpdesk Support
Our service IT help desk team is based in Essex. Our service desk forms our
centralised point of contact where our clients can seek assistance, report issues, or request any of our IT-related support and services. Our helpdesk is in operation between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. All clients will be given access to our ticketing platform where day to day issues can be logged with our technical support team. We also offer telephone assistance between the hours of 9 am -5 pm and email assistance between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm.

Remote Assistance
Our team of in-house technical engineers are able to offer remote assistance
when an issue cannot be resolved over the phone. Our remote assistance allows
our technical support team to access your computer to resolve issues without
the need to call an engineer to site.
At Ghost Enterprises we use the highest specification technology to enable us secure access to your systems. We are able to troubleshoot the vast majority of technical issues via remote assistance, but in the instance we are unable to resolve your problem remotely, we will provide onsite support.
Onsite Support
For any technical queries that can’t be solved remotely, we will dispatch a
member of our technical team to resolve your issue onsite. A number of hours of onsite support may be covered by your per seat contract, however, if this isn’t covered within your contract or you exceed your allocated hours, we will charge an hourly rate for our technicians.
We are also able to provide onsite technical support for events and conferences, giving business leaders confidence that their tech is being expertly managed, our onsite event support is quoted on an individual basis and based on the level of technical expertise required.
