Our Per Seat Model Includes:

Managed SOC 

Our Managed SOC (Secure Operations Centre) provides round-the-clock monitoring of your IT infrastructure, ensuring that any potential threats are identified and addressed promptly. With access to a team of dedicated security experts, you can be confident that your security alerts are being analysed and prioritised effectively. Additionally, our SOC team actively hunts for threats that may not trigger alerts, providing an additional layer of security. In the event of a cyberattack, our SOC team is equipped to respond quickly and efficiently, minimising potential damage.

VCIO Support

Businesses on our Per Seat Support contract will also be appointed a Virtual Chief Information Officer (VCIO) who will meet with business owners and stakeholders once a quarter, to advise how we can best support your IT infrastructure, staff, software, and security stack. 

The role of the VCIO is to inform and support on technological developments proactively so that you benefit from a more seamless technology solution and reduced downtime.

IT Helpdesk Support

We provide IT support in Essex through our experienced help desk team, based locally. While our service desk is rooted in Essex, we also deliver remote IT support to clients nationwide. Our centralised helpdesk is the go-to point of contact for requesting assistance, reporting issues, or accessing a wide range of IT services—no matter where you’re located in the UK. Operating Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, our team is ready to help. Clients have access to our ticketing platform for logging technical issues, and we also offer telephone support from 9am to 5pm, as well as email support from 8am to 6pm.

Remote Assistance

Our team of in-house technical engineers are able to offer remote assistance
when an issue cannot be resolved over the phone. Our remote assistance allows
our technical support team to access your computer to resolve issues without
the need to call an engineer to site.

At Ghost Enterprises we use the highest specification technology to enable us secure access to your systems. We are able to troubleshoot the vast majority of technical issues via remote assistance, but in the instance we are unable to resolve your problem remotely, we will provide onsite support. 

Onsite Support

As part of our IT support in Essex and beyond, we offer nationwide onsite technical assistance for issues that cannot be resolved remotely. If a problem requires in-person support, we’ll dispatch a member of our experienced technical team to your location—wherever you are in the UK. Depending on your per-seat contract, a number of onsite support hours may be included. If not, or if you exceed your allocated hours, additional time will be charged at our standard hourly technician rate.

We also provide professional onsite technical support for events and conferences across the country, giving business leaders peace of mind that their technology is in expert hands.
